About Me
ADHD Life Coach, CALC
Hello, my name is Sunny Love. I am originally from NY and MA but now I am happily rooted in Austin, TX with my family and friends. I have a Master's degree in Education with over 15 years of experience in teaching and mentoring, and three years experience as an ADHD Life Coach.
I was diagnosed with ADHD late in life. About six years ago I found I could no longer compensate for being inattentive, late to meetings, and very forgetful. The diagnosis was a relief because I honestly thought I had early dementia!
The Life Coach I was seeing at the time said, "What do you see in yourself that you can give back to others?" Something clicked when I read about the opportunity to earn an ICF approved coaching certification as an ADHD Life Coach. Now, three years later I have had the privilege of supporting more than 32 people ages 11-58 years old, from all backgrounds, "ADHDers", and Autistic people in their coaching journey. I have found my passion and my people.

Many clients have a formal diagnosis of ADHD but not all. Many clients are also diagnosed with Autism, PANS, OCD, anxiety, and may have medical concerns. The client-coach relationship is 100% private unless someone is in danger of being harmed.

In 2016 , she opened a tutoring business called Sunnyside Education and Training, which has provided K-12 tutoring for almost a decade.
My last teaching experience was at a local community college. I collaborated with an accredited program that supported Autistic people with job training and social skills.
